Please read carefully the requirements we ask for in order to perform the installation correctly.

Please note that until we receive the complete information we require, the installation will not begin

To synchronize Shopify using our advanced connector, follow these steps:

  1. Create a Shopify Account: If you don't have one already, create an account on Shopify here.
  2. Install the Official Dreamlove App: We recommend using our official Dreamlove App, which is free and developed by us. You can install it from [this link].
  3. Identify Your Store: Provide us with the name of your store, which should be the original domain of your Shopify store ending in ".myshopify.com". You can find this information in Shopify > Settings > Domains.
  4. Specify Language: Let us know the language in which you want to synchronize your catalog and categories. If your store has multiple languages, specify the primary language.
  5. Sync Your Store: Once the Dreamlove App is installed, you can synchronize your store with our connector. Follow the instructions provided in the app to complete the synchronization process.
  6. Configuration: After synchronization, you can configure additional settings as needed.
  7. In order for all orders to be synchronized automatically, it is necessary to perform the logistics configuration and have sufficient "Wallet Balance" balance, otherwise orders must be processed manually.

 

How to synchronize Shopify using our advanced connector

Please provide us with the name of your store for identification purposes. This step is absolutely important. It should be the original domain of your Shopify store: the one ending in ".myshopify.com". You can find it in Shopify > Settings > Domains.

Regardless of the domain you currently use, please remember that the connection will not work if it's not the original one.

Please specify the language in which you want to synchronize your catalog and categories. If you have a store with multiple languages, you should fill in the one listed as "primary" in your store. Once connected, you can configure additional languages

  • Assistance in case of any issues or bugs related to the modules.

THIS SUPPORT DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • Shipping or payment method configuration.
  • Theme configuration.
  • Non-module-related error adjustments.
  • SSL certificate installation.
  • Store SEO configuration.
  • Store update to new versions.

LICENSE:

  • Each purchase comes with an annual license code, valid for 1 domain of your choice. The license can be renewed within 15 days before the expiration date or within 7 days after the expiration date. Renewals will be processed annually

SUPPORT LANGUAGE: The module installation is carried out by qualified technical personnel in Spanish and English.

PRIVACY POLICY

To carry out the installation of the Module, International Dreamlove will designate a qualified technician, and their data will be transferred to an external company for the purpose of module installation. International Dreamlove is not responsible for the data protection policy of third parties, and we only provide your contact email so that communication can be maintained between the installation technician and the module purchaser.

REFUND

In the event that a refund is required, it must be requested within 15 days of purchasing the module.

  • If the installation process has not been initiated and you do not have access to module download instructions, a full refund will be issued (The request must be made within 15 calendar days from the purchase date).
  • If the installation process has been initiated, a 50% refund of the amount will be issued (The request must be made within 15 calendar days from the purchase date)
