Requirements for Purchasing the Module

To purchase the module, it is mandatory to have a Dreamlove customer ID and be registered as a B2B professional customer at www.dreamlove.eu. Otherwise, the paid amount will be refunded.

Important Note: Please read carefully the requirements necessary for the correct installation of the plugin. We need to obtain your access URL paths, as well as usernames and passwords. Once the functionality of the store is confirmed, you should change the access credentials for security reasons.

The installation will not begin until we receive the complete required information.


Technical Requirements for Installation

  • PHP Version: 7.2 to 7.4 (not tested on higher versions).
  • PHP Memory: 256 MB (it's recommended that the server/hosting has more than 2 GB).
  • Necessary PHP Functions: exec, shell_exec, posix_kill.
  • Required PHP Modules and Options: zip, soap, allow_url_fopen.
  • PHP Configuration: max_input_vars = 30000.
  • Scheduled CRON Tasks: Every 10 minutes.
  • Minimum Storage: 15 GB (more than 40 GB is recommended).
  • SSL Certificate: Mandatory on the domain.

Additional Recommendations:

  • Avoid limitations on traffic or file usage.
  • Consider that shared hosting may have many limitations; using a VPS or higher is recommended.
  • Other plugins like CDNs, image optimizers, or security managers may interfere with the plugin's functionality.
  • Have a basic understanding of WordPress management.

Installation Process

To proceed with the installation, it is necessary to obtain the following information:

  • Domain where the store will operate, for generating the activation keys.
  • Username and Password for the WooCommerce admin panel.
  • Server/Hosting Access, necessary for configuring the CRON task and making server modifications if necessary for the correct functioning of the Plugin.

Once the data is provided, we will proceed to install and configure the modules for your store.

For the Product Import Module:

  • Categories and products will be created for the entire catalog.
  • If you wish to use fewer products, you can filter by categories, products, or brands. You can indicate your preferences when responding or do so later.
  • It is recommended that WooCommerce is free of products and categories before starting the import. If this is not the case and you wish to use existing categories, you must configure a category mapping so that the module uses your categories instead of Dreamlove's. This is done in the mapping tab of the product import module.

Note: This module requires a server configuration that many hosting providers do not allow. If your server/hosting does not meet these requirements, we can recommend a provider or offer you a server that meets them.

International Dreamlove, through direct technical support or third-party companies, is not responsible if another module or third-party tool makes the use of the Dreamlove PrestaShop Module incompatible or unfeasible.


Requirements for the Order Module

  • Available Balance in the Dreamlove account, necessary for order automation.
  • Definition of Zone and Shipping Structure in the store, to link with the shipping methods that Dreamlove uses for each country or region.
  • Shipping Methods: Names must be different for each zone in WooCommerce.
  • Payment Methods: Must be defined and configured in the store.

Note: This module is not compatible with WPML or Polylang.


Technical Support

Includes:

  • Reconfiguration of modules.
  • Reinstallation of modules.
  • Review of module compatibility issues with the store.
  • Adjustments on server/hosting whenever possible.
  • Personalized advice on how to implement changes using the module according to the operation of your store.

Does Not Include:

  • Configuration of shipping or payment methods.
  • Theme configuration.
  • Fixing errors not related to Dreamlove modules.
  • Installation of SSL certificates.
  • SEO configuration of the store.
  • Store update to new versions.
  • Contact with server or hosting support to resolve issues.

Extra Support:

Any additional support will be charged at 50 EUR per hour (VAT not included). To facilitate the planning and payment of extra support, we have established clear rates that include VAT. Below are the costs per hour of support, with VAT already applied:

  • 1 Hour: 60.50 EUR
  • 2 Hours: 121 EUR
  • 3 Hours: 181.50 EUR
  • 4 Hours: 242 EUR
  • 5 Hours: 302.50 EUR
  • 6 Hours: 363 EUR
  • 7 Hours: 423.50 EUR
  • 8 Hours: 484 EUR
  • 9 Hours: 544.50 EUR
  • 10 Hours: 605 EUR

Support Validity: Support for the installation of the Dreamlove plugin is valid for 30 days after installation. Any consultation or configuration work outside this period will be budgeted by the assigned technician.


License

Each purchase comes with an annual license code, valid for one chosen domain. The license can be renewed 15 days before the expiration date or within 7 days after. Renewals will be processed annually.

Support Language: The module installation is carried out by qualified technical personnel in Spanish and English.


Privacy Policy

To carry out the module installation, International Dreamlove will designate a qualified technician. Your data will be transferred to an external company to perform the module installation. International Dreamlove is not responsible for the data protection policy of third parties, and we only send your contact email so that the installation technician and the module contractor can communicate.

Refund Policy

If a refund is needed, it must be claimed within 7 days of purchasing the module.

  • 100% Refund: If the installation process has not started and you do not have access to the module download instructions. The request must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • 50% Refund: If the installation process has started. The request must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase.
