Read carefully the requirements that we ask you to be able to perform the installation correctly, we need to obtain your url access routes, users and password, once we have confirmed with you that the store works correctly, you must change the accesses.

Keep in mind that until we receive the complete information that we require, the installation will not start.

Server Requirements:

  • A server with a minimum of 6 vCPU / 16GB RAM.
  • A server with 100GBs NVMe of available space.
  • The minimum supported Prestashop version is 1.7.7 or 1.7.8.
  • The server must have a PHP 7.3 or 7.4 for Prestashop 1.7.8.
  • We recommend using a dedicated server. Shared hostings or hostings with a limited timeout may cause future inconveniences.
  • If you decide to use shared hostings or hostings with a limited timeout and it causes any inconvenience, we are not responsible for deadened imports.
  • The "XML" folder of the module must have 755 permission. You must have a backup of your Prestashop before the installation begins.
  • You must extend the length of the product description in Prestashop to at least 9999 characters to avoid any future trouble.
  • You must activate the iFrame field in Prestashop. You must have ZIP services enabled on the server.
  • If you do not know what ZIP services are, check with your web service provider to enable the PHP-zip extension or any extension that activates unzip ZIP.
  • SOAP services activated on the server are required. If you do not know what SOAP is, check with your web service provider to enable the PHP-soap extension.
  • The customer must have technical support from a third party in charge of the Prestashop service for a quick response if any problem occurs during installation or maintenance.
  • The customer must know that Dreamlove will take control over the Prestashop products.
  • The Prestashopper must have HTTPS and a valid SSL certificate. The Prestashopper must start with a blank Prestashop catalogue or a Prestashop with no products for a successful import.

For the product import module, categories and products will be created for the entire catalog.

It is recommended that the prestashop be clean without products or categories (In the event that the store already has categories, a mapping must be made in the products module in the categories section and link the existing categories with those of Dreamlove.

  • It is necessary that you have an SSL certificate installed in the domain.

THIS MODULE REQUIRES A SERVER CONFIGURATION THAT MANY HOSTING OR PROVIDERS DO NOT ALLOW.

In the event that your server / hosting does not meet these requirements, we can recommend a provider or offer you a server that does.
The following is necessary for the order module:

  • Have available balance in the Dreamlove account, since for the orders to be automatic it is necessary that Dreamlove can charge them when receiving the information.
  • Have defined the structure of areas and shipments with which you want to work in the store. This is necessary to link with the shipping methods that Dreamlove uses for each Country or Region.
  • Have defined and configured the payment methods in the store.
  • You must check that your server has these functions allowed for the product import plugin to work correctly
  • Check Apache Module, Zip, Soap.

THIS SUPPORT INCLUDES:

  • Accompaniment in the installation and configuration of the modules.
  • Advice on how to use the modules correctly.
  • Commissioning of the modules.
  • Help in case of any problem or bug related to the modules.

WHAT THIS SUPPORT DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • Configuration of shipping or payment methods.
  • Configuration of themes.
  • Bug fixes not related to Dreamlove modules.
  • Installation of SSL certificates.
  • SEO configuration of the store.
  • Update of the store to new versions.
  • Contact Servers or Hosting support to solve any incident.

The support for the installation of the Dreamlove plugin is valid for 30 days after the installation, any consultation or configuration work outside this period will be budgeted and invoiced by the company or the technician assigned for the installation
 

LICENSE:

  • Each purchase is associated with an annual license code, valid for 1 domain to choose from. The license may be renewed within 15 days before the end date or within 7 days after the end date of the license.
  • Renewals will be processed annually.

SUPPORT LANGUAGE:

The installation of the module is carried out by qualified technical personnel in Spanish and English.

PRIVACY POLICY

To carry out the installation of the Module, International Dreamlove will appoint a qualified technician and his data will be transferred to an external company in order to carry out the installation of the module. International Dreamlove is not responsible for the data protection policy of third parties and we only send their contact email so that they can maintain communication between the installation technician and the contractor of the module.

REFUND
In the case of needing the refund of the amount, it must be claimed within 7 days after the purchase of the module.

  • If the installation process has not started and you do not have access to module download instructions, a 100% refund will be made (The request must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase)
  • If the installation process has started, a 50% refund will be made. (The request must be made within a period of 7 calendar days from the purchase)
