Terms of Service - 360º Online Store

Service Scope

Our 360º Dropshipping Online Store offers a fully configured and personalized online store, enabling you to start selling from day one. The initial cost of €850 includes:

  • A one-year license.
  • The design and setup of your store.

Starting in the second year, an annual license fee of €250 will apply to maintain your store's operations.

Additional Costs Not Included:

  • Payment for the basic Shopify plan or any additional paid apps.
  • Fees related to payment gateways, such as bank commissions or platform fees.
  • Customizations beyond the options available in the provided templates.

Catalog and Customization

  • Themed Templates: Choose from our selection of themed templates to customize your store.
  • Product Limit: You can include up to 15,000 products in your catalog.
  • Advanced Customization: Download the CSV file using our catalog exporter, edit it while maintaining the original format, and include only the products you want to showcase.

This setup allows you to stand out in the market and tailor your offerings to your target audience.


Delivery Times

Once we receive all the required information and content for your store configuration (logos, specific product selections, and customization preferences), we will begin development.
The estimated delivery time is 15 to 20 business days from the receipt of complete information.


Technical Support

  • Start Date: Support begins once we receive all the necessary information to set up your store.
  • Duration: We provide technical support for one month from the store's delivery date. During this period, you can resolve any questions regarding store functionality and initial management.

Management and Logistics

As your dropshipping provider, Dreamlove offers:

  • Access to a European stock of high-quality products.
  • Automatic order and inventory synchronization to simplify management tasks.

We will configure the shipping rates for dropshipping orders. You can adjust the final prices to align with your business strategy.


Shopify Technical Support Service

We are pleased to announce the launch of our Shopify Technical Support Service, designed to help you maintain and optimize your online store efficiently and with a personalized approach.

Hourly Support Pack Details

  • Standard Rate: €40/hour.
  • Special Rate for Physical Stores: €32/hour.
  • Available Packages:
    • 5-hour pack.
    • 10-hour pack.
    • Custom packages based on your specific needs.

  • No Expiry: Purchased hours do not expire and can be used as required.

Service Conditions

  • Support includes general technical assistance, app configuration, bug fixes, performance optimization, and updates for your Shopify store.
  • Purchased hours can be used for any technical request related to your store.
  • We commit to responding to your support requests within 24 business hours.

To synchronize Shopify using our advanced connector, follow these steps:

  1. Create a Shopify Account: If you don't have one already, create an account on Shopify here.
  2. Install the Official Dreamlove App: We recommend using our official Dreamlove App, which is free and developed by us. You can install it from [this link].
  3. Identify Your Store: Provide us with the name of your store, which should be the original domain of your Shopify store ending in ".myshopify.com". You can find this information in Shopify > Settings > Domains.
  4. Specify Language: Let us know the language in which you want to synchronize your catalog and categories. If your store has multiple languages, specify the primary language.
  5. Sync Your Store: Once the Dreamlove App is installed, you can synchronize your store with our connector. Follow the instructions provided in the app to complete the synchronization process.
  6. Configuration: After synchronization, you can configure additional settings as needed.
  7. In order for all orders to be synchronized automatically, it is necessary to perform the logistics configuration and have sufficient "Wallet Balance" balance, otherwise orders must be processed manually.

 

How to synchronize Shopify using our advanced connector

Please provide us with the name of your store for identification purposes. This step is absolutely important. It should be the original domain of your Shopify store: the one ending in ".myshopify.com". You can find it in Shopify > Settings > Domains.

Regardless of the domain you currently use, please remember that the connection will not work if it's not the original one.

Please specify the language in which you want to synchronize your catalog and categories. If you have a store with multiple languages, you should fill in the one listed as "primary" in your store. Once connected, you can configure additional languages

THIS SUPPORT INCLUDES:

  • Installation manual.
  • Module setup.
  • Assistance in case of any issues or bugs related to the modules.

THIS SUPPORT DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • Shipping or payment method configuration.
  • Theme configuration.
  • Non-module-related error adjustments.
  • SSL certificate installation.
  • Store SEO configuration.
  • Store update to new versions.

LICENSE:

  • Each purchase comes with an annual license code, valid for 1 domain of your choice. The license can be renewed within 15 days before the expiration date or within 7 days after the expiration date. Renewals will be processed annually

SUPPORT LANGUAGE: The module installation is carried out by qualified technical personnel in Spanish and English.

PRIVACY POLICY

To carry out the installation of the Module, International Dreamlove will designate a qualified technician, and their data will be transferred to an external company for the purpose of module installation. International Dreamlove is not responsible for the data protection policy of third parties, and we only provide your contact email so that communication can be maintained between the installation technician and the module purchaser.

REFUND

In the event that a refund is required, it must be requested within 15 days of purchasing the module.

  • If the installation process has not been initiated and you do not have access to module download instructions, a full refund will be issued (The request must be made within 15 calendar days from the purchase date).
  • If the installation process has been initiated, a 50% refund of the amount will be issued (The request must be made within 15 calendar days from the purchase date)
